The Full Design, Planning, and Coordination Package is designed for couples who are looking for full wedding planning assistance from start to finish. Wedding planning is not for the weak hearted. It takes a lot of time, energy and let’s be honest, money. We will be there to guide you and help you plan every detail, every step of the way.

The Partial Planning Package is best for couples who need a little extra help with their wedding details. This means you overall know what you are wanting for your big day but maybe you need some vendor recommendations, need help finalizing last minute wedding things, or maybe even need some help with design pulling your vision together. This package will guide you during wedding planning without feeling lost.
PARTIAL PLANNING
The 90 Days of Coordination package is perfect for couples who need some additional time & help finalizing items 90 days prior to wedding day. This package includes everything the month of coordination package does but this gives you some additional time to start on your wedding timeline/floor plan, discuss details, finalize items with other vendors and get help with any last minute wedding items.

The Month of Coordination package is great for couples who need their wedding vendors finalized, as well as day of coordination to ensure your day runs smoothly. Your wedding day is planned and ready to go, so we will handle everything for you on the big day! We offer “month of” coordination vs “day of” because we are firm believers in making sure every detail is accounted for. Having a full month to confirm details with you and your vendors really helps out in the long run to make everything less stressful.

SERVICE INCLUSIONS:
Additional Information
- TRAVEL FEE: A travel fee applies if the event is over 60 miles from Tampa, Florida.
- DEPOSIT: A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied toward your balance.
- GUEST COUNT: A wedding with 200 or more guests will require an additional day of wedding assistant. A $450 fee will apply.
- MULTIPLE VENUES: A $450 fee will apply for an event with multiple locations so we can add on an additional day of assistant. Example: a church ceremony with a different reception venue.
- HOLIDAY RATES: If your wedding falls on a holiday or holiday weekend, a holiday rate will apply. Rates vary for the holiday.
- PERSONAL ITEMS: If you have an abundance of wedding items packed (multiple vehicles filled, a U-Haul/van, furniture, or heavy items) a $500 fee will apply to add on an additional day of assistant to manage those items. *We do not handle Uhauls directly.
